Adding hours and minutes without errors
Adding time by hand is easy to get wrong because minutes are base 60, not base 100. This tool converts each segment to minutes, adds or subtracts them according to the sign, and presents the result again in hours:minutes, along with the equivalent in decimal hours (handy for payroll) and total minutes.
Use it to work out the hours worked in a week from clock-ins, add up partial times on a project, or keep track of overtime.
